1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Notavora, the online notary service available at notavora.click. The provider operates at 100 Queen St W, Toronto, ON M5H 2N2, Canada. Effective year 2025.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the services.

3. Services

• Online Notary Service: Real-time notarization sessions scheduled via the Site.
• Information Products: Digital educational materials.
• Goods: Physical items such as notary kits.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Online Notary Service

Notary service fees are refundable if cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. To request a refund, complete the contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. If you miss a session without prior notice, the service is non-refundable but may be rescheduled once upon request.

4.2 Information Products

Digital products are refundable within 14 days of purchase if unused. To request a refund, complete the contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. After 14 days or once access is granted, purchases are non-refundable.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. To request authorization to send back an item, complete the contact form. Items must be in their original condition. Once authorized, refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receipt of the sent back item. Shipping costs to send back items are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.

5. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled without charge if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. To reschedule, complete the contact form. Late requests may incur additional charges.

6. Changes to Terms

Notavora may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
